  • Sharing from voice and video calls

Start sharing from the call controls. You can make the document you are discussing visible in a voice call too.

  • Prominent shared-screen stage

Shared content appears on the call’s main stage. Show the actual output while you explain how a section works.

  • Participants beside the stage

Participants remain visible beside the shared content. Choose the view that helps you follow the document and the people in the call.

  • Fullscreen, camera, and microphone controls

Manage your microphone and camera from the call controls. Use a larger or fullscreen view to inspect the shared content in detail.

Turn the agreed change into a task.

The screen share clarifies which section the guide needs. Set an owner and due date for that change in a list. After the call, the team can follow the work and its status.
