About Coplace

A shared place
for working together.

Coplace is a shared workspace for your team’s messages, meetings, notes, and tasks. We design it to help people talk through the work and carry it forward together.

A sample first-week guide: keep the discussion in a page the team can return to.

Four ideas behind our design decisions.

As the product grows, we want everyday use to stay understandable. These ideas help us assess how a new feature will serve the team.

Conversation stays close to the work.

A project question belongs in a channel; its details can continue in a thread. The team should be able to find the work beside the discussion about it.

Shared notes give people a place to start.

Write decisions and plans in Canvas. Someone joining later should be able to understand the discussion and see where to pick up the work.

Make the work easy to revisit.

Keep messages and files findable for the team. People should be able to return to shared information without relying on one person’s memory.

Make responsibilities clear.

Make task owners, member roles, and deployment responsibilities clear. Keep day-to-day work and administration understandable within the same product.

Our team

From Ankara, focused on the team’s everyday work.

Our team at METU Technopark brings workplace communication and shared work into one product. From a small project team to an organization with many departments, we want to understand how people work together.

We listen to your ways of working, data needs, and deployment requirements, then evaluate how Coplace fits your team.

Our security approach

We’d like to meet your team.

Tell us how you work today and what you would like to make easier. Let’s evaluate the product through your work.
