Install Coplace
Download the package for your computer and complete the installation. Follow your IT team’s guidance if your organization manages device installations.
Sign in to your account
Sign in with the account you use on the web. If you are new to Coplace, create an account or join your team’s invitation.
Open your workspace
Choose your workspace. Open the project channel, shared notes, and tasks assigned to you, then continue with your team.
Follow the conversation. Make the next step clear.
Share a file in the project channel and answer questions in a thread. Add the next task to a list with an owner and a due date. Your team can see the conversation and who is taking the work forward in the same workspace.

Make the team’s knowledge easy to find.
Write meeting decisions and the project plan in the channel’s Canvas page. Share the guide when a new teammate joins. When you need to look something up, filter the results across messages, shared notes, and tasks.

Can I use my web account on desktop?
Yes. Sign in with your Coplace account and choose your workspace. Channel messages, shared notes, and tasks belong to the same workspace.
Which Mac download should I choose?
Choose the package for your Mac’s processor: Apple silicon or Intel. If a matching package is not listed, use your workspace in the browser.
What if the Windows or Linux download is unavailable?
Try again or open Coplace on the web. This page offers only published, accessible packages. Talk to our team about installation requirements for your organization.
Where can I download the mobile app?
The iOS and Android apps are in progress and are not in public store distribution yet. Visit the mobile preview pages to check their availability.
Do I need to allow microphone and camera access?
Voice and video calls require the relevant device permissions, which you manage through your operating system. You can use messages, shared notes, and tasks without turning on a camera or microphone.
